Delivery

DELIVERY INFO:

1. We aim to ship non personalised items within 2 working days of the order.

2. In any event, delivery will be made within 14 days of your order unless stated otherwise. Communication of any delays will be emailed directly.

3. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted.

4. Favoured London will charge an additional delivery charge to the cost of the purchased goods.

5. It is the responsibility of the customer to choose the correct shipping option. If the incorrect shipping option is chosen, we cannot guarantee that your order can be moved to the other shipping method.

6. Please note, weekends are excluded from the calculation of working days for delivery estimate times.

 7. Once you have placed your order, you will receive order confirmation and shipping notifications via email.

8. The customer is responsible for paying import & duties, it is not the responsibility of Favoured London. If the order is personalised, you are unable to cancel.

 

Delivery Confirmation and Refund Policy

Once an item has been dispatched, we rely on our delivery partners to ensure it reaches the specified address. If the delivery partner confirms the item as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
1. Check with Neighbours or Other Household Members: Occasionally, parcels may be left with a neighbour or at a secure location nearby. Please also check the delivery photo confirmation and the geo-tagged location on the map provided by Royal Mail to verify the delivery location.
2. Contact Us Promptly: Notify us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date if the item has not been received. We will initiate a claim with the delivery partner on your behalf.
3. Refund or Replacement Review: If the delivery service confirms successful delivery to the specified address, we may not be able to issue a refund immediately. We will need to wait until the claim with the delivery partner is fully resolved before we can review whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. If the claim is finalised as delivered, we are unable to provide a refund; however, a goodwill gesture may be offered based on the circumstances.

 

International Orders

Orders from outside of the UK may be subject to the payment of import duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
We do not allow for any hire products to be shipped internationally. If a hire product has been chosen for an international order, we will cancel your order.
